Case Study 6: Promotion & Marketing

Objective: to develop, implement and improve commercialization of commercial area and services.
Strategy: To plan, promote and coordinate the development of activities, alliances, procedures and services that favor the commercialization of commercial areas at City of Knowledge.

Actions: plan, design, execute and evaluate the marketing strategy, customer service and process improvement for assets own by the City of Knowledge Foundation.

Results: As of December 2017, a 21% increase in economic income is reflected with respect to the initial base of 2014.
